An Act respecting certain aspects of legal capacity for marriage for civil purposes

RE: Committee Studying An Act respecting certain aspects of legal capacity for marriage for civil purposes

As someone who is actively involved in Calgary in helping to bring Canada into the 21st century and allow same sex marriage I would appreciate an opportunity to appear before this committee.

No I am not part of a special interest group, but am the person who has launched a complaint with the Alberta Human Rights Commission against Bishop Henry and his urging of the governments to use their coercive powers to deny same sex marriage.

Unfortunately because I am not part of a special interest group, I cannot afford to attend the committee hearings in Ottawa, and assume they will not move around the country so that some in the committee cannot hear how wrong they are in opposing this bill.
